Our installers are prompt, efficient and highly skilled
in flooring installations. From the moment a House of Floors uniformed installer
arrives on your property, you can be assured that they will conduct themselves
professionally and with as little disruption as possible to your property's
residents and to your staff. Best of all, you can rely on the quality of
our work. Fully licensed and bonded, we offer an unlimited one year warranty
on all installations.
Each location is also equipped with a 24-hour answering
service who will reach the owner you wish to speak with at any time.
Every proposal and installation is accompanied with seaming
diagrams. These plans are drawn on 1/4 inch scale and are provided to you
for a consistent yardage and cost savings.

Cracked or soft spots in gypcrete that
may result from structural problems. We use 3/8" or 1/2" CDX plywood
applied over the existing floor with 3" dry wall screws, screwed to
the existing sub floor or joists. We also have a state-certified gypcrete expert who can handle all your second or third floor structural repairs. |
